What Happens When You Delete Your Account

When you request account deletion, we will permanently remove your account and all associated data from our systems. This includes your profile information, scan history, saved products, and any subscription records.

Please note that once your account is deleted, this action cannot be undone. Any active subscriptions should be cancelled through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store before requesting deletion.

Before You Request Deletion

• Cancel any active subscriptions through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store to avoid future charges.
• Your scan history and saved products will be permanently removed.
• Account deletion is irreversible — please make sure this is what you want before submitting your request.
